High-quality sapphire material has a series of characteristics such as high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance, good light transmission performance (in the 170nm ~ 6000 nm), excellent electrical insulation performance, and good mechanical properties.'
Through-hole jewel components are a series of products, mainly used in various precision timing instruments, automatic recording instruments, various precision measuring instruments (diameters, dial indicators, etC.), and cylindrical supports for other instruments and meters.
Jewel spheres are made of synthetic sapphire/ruby single crystals with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and good light transmission. As a high-precision, wear-resistant measuring head, it is often utilized in liquid or gas flow meters used in highly corrosive environments,connectors for optical fiber communication equipment, and linear code read-only devices.
The jewel nozzle is made of synthetic sapphire/ruby material (a- Al2O3≥99.99%) as the work piece, and is embedded with brass, copper, stainless steel,aluminum alloy, etc. as the outer cover.
